Attorney Emily Trieber’s practice areas include complex personal injury litigation, medical negligence litigation, liquor liability litigation and wrongful death litigation.
Emily earned her BA-S, Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Haven where she was a member of the Alpha Phi Sigma Honor Society and the Gamma Alpha Sigma Honor Society.
She continued on to earn her juris doctor at Roger Williams University School of Law. During law school, she served on the Student Bar Association as the Administrative Vice President and chaired the Constitution Committee. She also served as an Academic Success Teaching Fellow, and was appointed by her peers to serve on the RWU Honor Board.
Emily is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the State Courts for Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
In her practice, Emily draws on her prior experience in emergency medicine, which provides her with a unique perspective and a thorough understanding of complex medical issues.
