Zachary Mandell to Present at HarrisMartin Sex Abuse Litigation Conference
Attorney Zachary Mandell will present at HarrisMartin’s June 2026 Sex Abuse Litigation Conference as part of the panel “Litigating Hospital and Residential Treatment Center Sex Abuse Claims.” The conference brings together attorneys and legal professionals involved in complex civil sexual abuse litigation, including claims involving institutions responsible for the care, safety, and protection of vulnerable people.
Attorney Mandell’s panel will focus on one of the most sensitive and challenging areas of civil litigation: sexual abuse claims involving healthcare and treatment facilities. These cases often arise from places where people and families expected safety, healing, supervision, and support. When abuse occurs in these settings, survivors can be left with lasting emotional and physical trauma. Many may face a lifetime of difficulty trusting healthcare providers and therapists, even for necessary care.
Mandell, Boisclair & Mandell is committed to standing with survivors. We are proud to see Zachory contribute to this important discussion and continue our firm’s work of helping people seek accountability and justice when powerful institutions fail them.
Our firm is committed to helping people who have suffered catastrophic harm. Civil sexual abuse cases require careful investigation and meticulous preparation. They also require compassion, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to helping survivors seek justice. Our Providence sexual abuse survivor attorneys use a trauma-informed approach for these cases, keeping the well-being of victims at the center of all we do.
HarrisMartin’s Sexual Abuse Litigation Symposium
This year’s HarrisMartin’s Sexual Abuse Litigation Symposium will take place on June 15 at Carneros Resort and Spa in Napa, CA. The agenda includes a variety of panels, including:
- Litigating Cult and Religious Institution Sex Abuse Claims
- Litigating Youth and Adult Detention Center Sex Abuse Claims
- Litigating Rideshare Sex Abuse Claims
- Protecting Minors: Litigating Cyberspace Sex Abuse Claims
Panel participants come from around the country and represent a variety of practice areas. The symposium, however, does not offer resources for defense attorneys. The protection and support of survivors is the sole focus.
