Colleen Giles
Attorney Colleen Giles’ practice areas include complex personal injury litigation, medical negligence litigation, liquor liability litigation and wrongful death litigation.
Attorney Giles graduated from Roger Williams University (2012) and Roger Williams University School of Law (magna cum laude, 2019). During law school, she was a member of the Law Review and the Honors Program. She also served as the Treasurer of the Women’s Law Society. During her last semester of law school, Attorney Giles externed for the Chief Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, the Honorable Chief Justice Paul Suttell.
Attorney Giles is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association, the Rhode Island Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.
Attorney Giles is admitted in the State Court for Rhode Island and the United States Federal District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
Attorney Giles is actively involved in the community. She serves on the Board of Governors of the Rhode Island Association for Justice. Attorney Giles serves as a Revitalization Board Member for the American Association for Justice. She is also a member of the American Association for Justice’s National Finance Council, Women Trial Lawyers Caucus and New Lawyer’s Division. She has been recognized as the Volunteer of the Year by the Women’s Center of Rhode Island.
Attorney Giles was recognized as a Rhode Island Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2024 and 2025. She is also a RI Monthly 2025 Professional Excellence in Law honoree.
