Attorneys Mark Mandell, Yvette Boisclair, and Colleen Giles worked on a case for me for the loss of a loved one. I do not believe that there are adequate words to describe how wonderful the legal team at MBM is and the amount of care and attention to detail that they bring to each case. Anything that I could write in this review will never be able to express how deeply grateful I am for the knowledge, fierce advocacy, and kindness that they exhibited every step of the way.
Litigation is a long process, but I was never, ever left wondering what the status of the case was. If I had a question, I always received a call or email from Colleen, Mark, or Yvette within 24 hours – usually the very same day. They never hesitated to pick up the phone and call me and I know how rare that is to find. They were strong on my behalf so I did not have to be – grappling with a significant loss and the grief associated with that loss can often seem like a full-time job. I would never have achieved any peace that my loved one’s death was not in vain without these attorneys.
They advocated to preserve the integrity and dignity of a human life – something that was sorely lacking within the medical community. While the medical system may have failed my loved one, the legal system did not and that is completely due to the efforts of Mark, Yvette, and Colleen.
I will be eternally grateful that Mark, Yvette, and Colleen and the whole legal team at MBM are there to hold medical professionals accountable and to bring peace to those left behind, with the hopes that no family ever has to experience what my family has. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
